Sales Officer – Area/Village Survey Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards having potential SHGs/JLG. Create baseline information about the group & individual members Collection – above 30 dpd accounts Do regular follow up and recover dues from delinquent accounts, NPA accounts. Proper handling of Deposit receipt, Collection detail updation. Repeat visit on Collection due dates, managing the PAR level in the location Collection Claim form submission and processing through insurer for the individuals under life insurance scheme. Collection handling in fraud and legal initiated cases Capacity building Services Assess training requirement / capacity building requirement and facilitate such events. Organizing the events and Expenses claim. Extend market linkage and other livelihood promotional services to the clients as when required Financial Literacy: Organize the group for disbursement & ensure attendance of all the members. Financial literacy on banking, account keeping. Explain the terms and conditions of loan contract Monthly Call Visit Complete call visit report and submit it to approvers for noting & updation in case of delinquent accounts EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION GRADUATE & ABOVE WORK EXPEREINCE FRESHER & WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE PROFILE (If any) Interested candidate can call on 9373544125-kajal.
